Painting is our second domain and often the natural add-on to cleaning contracts. When a unit turns, the walls almost always need attention — patching from picture nails, touch-up around outlets, sometimes a full coat because the last tenant lived hard. We handle it in the same visit.

We paint interiors, exteriors, hallways, common areas, and full apartment turns. We stain fences and decks. We do the drywall patching, sanding, and priming that’s supposed to come before the topcoat — because we’re the ones who have to make it look right.

We’re EPA RRP Certified, which matters for any pre-1978 building in Massachusetts or Rhode Island. That’s most of the housing stock in Boston and Providence, and it’s the certification that lets us legally scrape and prep lead-era paint without putting your tenants or crew at risk.
