Atenea Services began with a simple observation: property owners in Massachusetts and Rhode Island were paying three different contractors to do things that should have been coordinated. A cleaner who left before the painter arrived. A landscaper who didn’t know the walkway had just been pressure-washed. A snowplow that showed up after the tenants had already tried to shovel.
